Refund Policy

At Harith Organic, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases of our neem-based products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refunds.

2. Process for Returns and Refunds

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@harithorganic.com . Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Return the Product: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.   • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:
    • Products that have been used or damaged.
    • Products returned without original packaging.
    • Perishable items such as organic fertilizers that have been opened.
    • Gift cards.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
